We are in search of sales professionals who excel at identifying sales motivations, nurturing relationships, addressing objections, and closing deals.
While prior experience in senior living is not mandatory, a strong commitment to achieving sales and occupancy targets is essential.
The compensation structure for this role includes a base salary, exceptional commission potential, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with seniors, their family members, and other key influencers as they consider their new living options.
- Showcase the various lifestyle choices available at our community (Independent Living, Assisted Living & Memory Care) and tailor care services to meet individual needs.
- Conduct community tours and organize various events for prospects and professionals to enhance occupancy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of demonstrated success in commission-based sales
- Compassionate individual with a passion for working with seniors
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decisions
- Proficient in identifying prospects' sales motivations and needs
- Quick and strategic thinker capable of overcoming objections
- Proven ability to close sales both in-person and over the phone
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for sales success
- Professional demeanor that instills confidence and trust
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with sales CRM systems for tracking leads and sales activities
