Executive Director, RN

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Executive Director, RN to lead and manage our organization, Sabio Systems, in Lewisburg, WV. The ideal candidate will possess an active RN license in the state and leadership experience, including profit and loss statement.

  • Build Partnerships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations, fostering collaboration and mutual benefit.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure the organization is in compliance with all state and federal regulations, maintaining a strong reputation and avoiding potential risks.
  • Stay Current: Stay current with industry trends and best practices, implementing changes as appropriate to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent the Organization: Represent the organization in the community, developing and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources, patients, and their families.
Qualifications:
  • Active RN License: Possess an active RN license in the state.
  • Education: Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
  • Leadership Experience: Possess at least five years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Financial Acumen: Demonstrate strong financial acumen, including experience with profit and loss statement.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Possess knowledge of all state and federal regulations.
