Continuous Improvement Specialist

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead initiatives driving Lincoln's continuous improvement and cost reduction programs.
This role involves scheduling and leading kaizen events to improve safety, quality, and productivity. Key responsibilities include implementing Lean Manufacturing concepts, evaluating manufacturing problems, and increasing safety and repeatability of existing processes.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing or operations environment. Six Sigma Certification and knowledge of Lean and TPM principles are also highly desirable.
