Position Overview

Welcome to InTouch Credit Union

We are seeking a Contact Center Agent who thrives in a customer-centric, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will deliver friendly, professional, and efficient assistance to our members.

Compensation: The expected salary for this role is $22.33.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with rotating Saturdays from 8:50 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with members and potential members in a call center setting, addressing their inquiries via phone, chat, or email while ensuring accurate and courteous service.
  • Strive for first-call resolution by assisting members with their requests, answering questions about products and services, and recommending suitable options.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Credit Union offerings, including products, services, lending guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling services to enhance member satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of member interactions, aiming for resolution on the first contact with minimal transfers to other departments.
  • Assist members with Online Banking and related digital services.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) is required.

Experience:

  • Minimum of two years in a financial institution or call center environment.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows.
  • Familiarity with basic software applications.
  • Understanding of Federal Bank Secrecy and Money Laundering regulations is essential.
