Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.">
  • Collaborate with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to resolve complex billing and collection issues.">
  • Document all interactions and correspondence with patients and stakeholders.">
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.">
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce complaints.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma/GED, with associate degree or college-level courses in business administration or a related field preferred. At least one year of experience in hospital billing, professional billing, and/or collections is required, along with strong customer service and call center skills.

Benefits and Compensation

Cedars-Sinai offers an attractive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health and dental insurance, vacation time, and a 403(b) plan.
