Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Property Managers across a regional portfolio and onsite community-based service providers under the leadership of the Director of Supportive Housing.
  • Assist in the coordination of holistic wrap-around service plans and implementation tools for identified properties or future properties.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local service providers, partners, and funders to support community development initiatives.
  • Conduct monthly and annual outcome reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and community expectations.
  • Support projects aimed at securing additional community partners, writing funding applications, and onboarding new partners.
  • Represent Upholdings in various settings, utilizing strong public speaking and advocacy skills.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience working with historically marginalized or underrepresented communities in service planning and delivery.
  • Knowledge of various data collection and reporting methods.
  • 5+ years of experience working with multiple service partners on service delivery, grant reporting, and data collection.
  • Understanding of mental health services and experience working with providers, partners, and clients.
  • Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with supervision and proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications.
