About Our Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to join our team at Stivers Ford of Birmingham. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive sales growth, develop your leadership skills, and make a meaningful impact on our business.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our vehicle lineup, pricing, and promotions to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and industry partners.
What You'll Need:
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business results.
  • A valid U.S. driver's license and a clean driving record.
