Administrative Supervisor

Mental Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Program Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing administrative and staff supervision, including individual and group case consultation, coordinating client care among the disciplines, and providing direct client services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Program Manager with day-to-day operations, ensuring staff productivity and monitoring client records for contract compliance, treatment fidelity, and quality improvement.
- Provide client service coordination/case management, including treatment team collaboration to assist clients in meeting basic needs and symptom management.
- Develop, evaluate, and implement treatment goals and plans in conjunction with the treatment team.
- Provide direct client care and complete accurate and timely documentation, meeting minimum billable requirements for direct client services.
- Perform shift management duties in coordination with other staff as directed by the Program Manager.
- Facilitate placement, including pre-placement visits, and transportation as needed.
- Shift coverage, including part of the on-call team.
- Provide field-based services as required by program and client need.
- Maintain confidentiality of client care.
- Participate in scheduled program meetings.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.
- Valid CA driver's license and current auto insurance per contract requirements.
- Experience providing mental health and/or substance use disorder services preferred.
- Cultural competency understanding required.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred.
