Job Title: Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Quarterra Group. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, providing a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance to ensure the overall condition of the property.
  • Respond to resident requests for service in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify potential issues and take proactive measures to prevent problems.
  • Collaborate with the Service Supervisor and other team members to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and supplies.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in property management maintenance or equivalent experience.
  • EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling required.
  • All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions required.
  • Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
  • Literate with computer programs and word processing software.

  • Competitive hourly rate: $21.00 per hour, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors.
