Your Role
You will assist and support the Sales Team in meeting and exceeding revenue goals by coordinating and processing sales-related correspondence, contracts, and reports. You will maintain good working relationships with AE's, internal and external clients, including advertising agencies and out-of-home buying services, and provide excellent customer service with follow-up on requests. You will also coordinate and track production activities, provide accurate completion reports, and develop a clear understanding of our CMS/IMS systems to create effective proposals, contracts, and maps for Account Executives.
Your Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with AE's and internal and external clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on client requests.
- Coordinate and process sales contracts, internal work orders, non-space agreements, and other paperwork associated with the sales process.
- Track production activities and provide accurate completion reports.
- Develop a deep understanding of our CMS/IMS systems to create effective proposals, contracts, and maps.
- Support the Sales Department's philosophy and act with diplomacy as a representative of the team.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivation and at least 1-2 years of professional work experience, preferably in sales and advertising.
