Sales Coordinator Job Description

At Azul Hospitality, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Department. As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our Sales Team, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales materials, such as presentations and proposals.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for sales meetings and events.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and customer information.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the Sales Team.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
