Job Overview

MPLC is a leading copyright licensing agency based in the non-theatrical film market. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post to ensure smooth communication flow.
  • Streamline application processing by efficiently booking all received applications into our CRM.
  • Keep our CRM up-to-date by refreshing account and company contact details.
  • Issue copy invoices and licenses to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Support print operations by collecting, collating, and facilitating the signing and mailing of letters.
  • Maintain digital organization by organizing and managing electronic files.
  • Monitor and address correspondence issues by scanning for problems and notifying the manager as needed.
  • Ensure accurate financial processing by handling credit payments and applying online payments to licenses booked by the sales team.
  • Coordinate with Finance to communicate about online payments received.
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking incoming calls from clients and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements
  • Proficient in various software programs at an intermediate level, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills, ensuring clarity and accuracy in spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a group setting, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Details
  • Part-time role, Monday to Friday, 9.00 to 12.30 (17.5 hours per week).
  • Salary £13,000 per annum.
  • Role based in our Eastbourne office.
