Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be tasked with crafting and executing marketing initiatives aimed at attracting new clients and broadening our service reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement marketing strategies to showcase Senior Helpers services to prospective clients, including individuals, families, veterans, and community organizations.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with referral sources such as healthcare providers, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and senior living communities to generate client referrals.
  • Conduct market analysis to uncover new opportunities and remain informed about industry developments.
  • Develop engaging marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns to effectively convey the advantages of our services.
  • Engage in networking events, conferences, and community outreach initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales and marketing performance metrics to gauge the success of strategies and provide data-driven insights for enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing and sales, especially within a service-oriented sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building relationships with diverse groups.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content development.
  • Self-driven, goal-focused, and capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of the senior care sector or experience working with elderly individuals is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
