This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading electric utility client in Southern California, utilizing your technical skills and marketing expertise to develop, implement, and optimize automated marketing program campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Execution

Oversee project management execution for marketing communications activities, ensuring alignment with customer journeys and selling processes. Utilize technical skills and marketing expertise to develop, implement, and optimize automated marketing program campaigns.

Campaign Development

">
  • Media Coverage and Industry Trends

Understand media coverage and industry trends to develop fresh story ideas that propel the company forward. Oversee the development of marketing communications campaigns by understanding media coverage and industry trends.

Metrics Analysis

  • Data-Driven Decision Making

Monitor key metrics to measure the effectiveness of our communications efforts and make data-driven decisions to improve our strategy.

Strategic Planning

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

Shape and oversee strategic marketing communication plans, including developing plans in line with other business initiatives and communicating plans internally.

Quality Assurance

  • Customer Satisfaction

Review analytics and customer feedback to proactively identify and improve the experiences and satisfaction of our customers.

Team Collaboration

  • Multi-Channel Strategy

Work in collaboration with product or program owners to achieve operational efficiency via effective implementation plans, targeting optimal channel mix, targeted communications, relevant offers, and relevant messaging.

Confidentiality and Security

  • Highly Sensitive Information

Maintain the highest standards of conduct and integrity when accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information.

Qualifications

">
  1. Bachelor's Degree

Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. Seven or more years of experience in marketing, advertising, or communications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Automated Offer Management

Experience implementing automated offer management using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent enterprise-grade multi-channel marketing hub. Vendor management experience and utility or other highly regulated industry experience are also beneficial.
