Position Description

The Investment Analyst position is a multi-faceted role that provides professional growth opportunities across multiple asset classes. The Analyst will have a broad range of responsibilities, including participation in analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities within asset classes, research and development of investment strategies, sourcing, evaluation, and oversight of external managers, performance analysis, and preparation of quarterly investment reports.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have two to four years of relevant institutional investment experience and will have (or be pursuing) a CFA designation. An undergraduate degree is required, preferably in business, economics, or finance. While not required, a Master's degree in Finance or an MBA is a plus. Applicants should have excellent analytical, quantitative, written, and oral presentation skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office products.

Compensation

Salary commensurate with experience, with an expected range of $90,000 to $98,000, as well as additional annual bonus potential. Full benefits package, including health insurance coverage. NRRIT does not sponsor applicants for employment visas. No relocation allowance will be provided.
