Koinonia Homes is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Support Specialist to join our team. As a Therapeutic Support Specialist, you will work directly with individuals aged 8-21 with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder in a therapeutic setting. Your primary responsibility will be to provide constant engagement and supervision, implementing programs tailored to each individual's needs based on their Individualized Plan (IP). You will also be responsible for implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), a highly scheduled and intensive therapeutic approach to teach expected behavior and life skills.

**Required Qualifications:**
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written
  • Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant (training will be provided if not already certified)
  • Valid Ohio Drivers License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles
  • Proof of auto insurance
**Preferred Qualifications:**
  • One year experience working with intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals and experience implementing ABA
