Job Title: Science Tutor - Academic Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Science Tutor to join our team at InsideHigherEd. As a Science Tutor, you will work one-on-one or in small groups with undergraduate students, providing academic support and guidance to help them succeed in their science courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized tutoring sessions to students in science subjects, including biology, chemistry, and physics.
• Develop and implement effective tutoring strategies to help students understand and apply course materials.
• Collaborate with students to set goals and develop plans to achieve academic success.
• Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and provide regular progress reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of science subjects and tutoring techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
