Job Overview

MGC Roofing and Construction is seeking a driven and ambitious commercial service sales consultant to proactively identify and engage potential clients in the commercial roofing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell roofing products and services to prospective clients
  • Meet established monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Employ a consultative sales approach to assess client needs and qualify opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including owners, asset managers, property managers, facility managers, building engineers, and roofing consultants
  • Generate leads through pipeline development, cold calling, and nurturing existing accounts
  • Maintain and update SalesForce CRM and sales opportunity pipeline on a daily basis
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts
  • Participate in in-house STG Sales Accelerator training
  • Attend weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and mandatory coaching calls
  • Uphold the MGC Vision, Mission, and Values while promoting the company brand
  • Achieve all minimum average sales activity KPIs and provide accurate reports
  • Enhance technical knowledge relevant to the industry and specific projects
  • Conduct daily activities to ensure a robust sales pipeline to meet sales objectives

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience as a sales representative with a willingness to learn
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and Teams
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and the ability to cultivate productive professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a proven sales track record
  • Exceptional selling, communication, and negotiation abilities
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Capability to create and deliver tailored presentations
  • Excellent relationship management skills and receptiveness to feedback
  • Comfortable conducting roof inspections
  • Training will be provided for the right candidate

Compensation: $100,000 per year (includes base salary plus commission)
