SLATE Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our SLATE (Sales Development) team as a SLATE Associate. As a SLATE Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop your financial industry knowledge and sales skills through best-in-class training and individualized development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop financial industry knowledge and sales skills through comprehensive training and coaching
  • Work with experienced colleagues to build relationships and move through various experiences in a dynamic environment
  • Interact with clients to provide education on our products and services
  • Network with senior leadership and learn from their expertise
  • Prepare and sit for FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2025
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Interest in the financial services industry
  • Experience in customer service or sales-related field (preferred)
  • Willingness to relocate to Carmel, IN or San Antonio, TX
Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive base salary range: $48,509-$77,614 (San Antonio) and $51,667-$82,667 (Indianapolis)

Eligible for individual annual performance bonus, Capital's annual profitability bonus, and retirement plan with 15% company contribution
