Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Snell Motor Companies. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional client experience while building strong business relationships and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect for new and current clients to build business relationships and grow sales
- Execute individual business plans to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations
- Maintain a working knowledge of purchases, leases, and F&I products to provide expert advice to clients
- Understand and communicate current new car and pre-owned manufacturer and captive lender programs and rates to clients
- Verify insurance and complete paperwork for new vehicle sales
- Protect the company from potential export transactions and fraud scenarios
- Assist in the collection of cash/credit related to client deposits and "cash down"
- Accountable for helping in the sale of F&I products and ensuring client satisfaction
- Prepare for each client appointment and log appointments in the CRM system
- Greets prospective and repeat clients on the service drive and analyzes their position towards buying another vehicle
- Work in partnership with the F&I Team and accounting team to resolve any outstanding contracts or incomplete deals
- Follow up with clients and prospective clients in a timely fashion
- Be fully dedicated to a team concept and assist others for the greater good of the department
- Accountable for departmental performance and manufacturer standards, including safety equipment activation, technology usage requirements, "Customer Service Index", "Gross Average", "Finance & Lease", and vehicles sold
- Have proper knowledge of vehicles and current market trends
- Meet/Exceed Land Rover Jaguar Dallas and manufacturer training and certification plans and standards
- Understand and adhere to the Land Rover Jaguar Sales Process
- Know and understand the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfaction
- Know and understand the Land Rover Jaguar Dallas Privacy and Information Security Policies, and adhere to the requirements
- Read and understand all company policies and procedures
- Attend weekly department meetings at 10:00 am daily
