We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Intervention Coach to join our team at Preventive Care LLC. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children and their families.

Job Overview:

The Early Intervention Coach will provide coaching services to children aged 0-3 years, as outlined in the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP). The coach will work closely with families to support their child's development and help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized coaching sessions to children and their families
  • Develop and implement personalized coaching plans tailored to each child's needs
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive support for the child and family
  • Communicate effectively with families to ensure they understand their child's progress and receive necessary support

Requirements:

  • Valid New York State license or certification in Early Childhood
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills for effective case management
