Job Title: RN - Pre Surgical Services

Providence Milwaukie Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Pre Surgical Services team on a per diem basis. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing pre surgical procedures
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions of care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • 1 year of nursing experience
