Job Summary:
Providence is seeking a skilled RN - Pre Surgical Services to join our team at Providence Milwaukie Hospital. As a per diem part-time position, you will work on a day shift, providing exceptional care to our patients.
About the Role:
As a RN - Pre Surgical Services, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Relevant certifications applicable to the position, as specified by the Nurse Manager upon hire
- 1 year of Nursing experience
