We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing and Registered Nurse to join our team at Complete Care at Harborage, LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring the highest quality of resident care.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the nursing department, ensuring compliance with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of nursing department budgets in coordination with facility administration.
- Develop and implement compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new nursing staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
- Previous long-term care experience as a Director of Nursing is preferred, but not required.
- Prior experience managing staff required.
