Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Director to join our team at Complete Care at Harborage. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring the highest quality of resident care.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and established standards of care.
  • Develop and implement nursing department budgets in coordination with facility administration.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new nursing staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Implement compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Administrator to ensure effective communication and coordination between departments.
Requirements
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
  • Previous long-term care experience as a Director of Nursing is preferred, but not required.
  • Prior experience managing staff is essential.
