Job Summary

The Expediter is a key member of our Food and Beverage team, responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of restaurant food orders from receipt to delivery. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify food order tickets with servers and prepare exact orders for pick-up.
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of food meets our high standards.
  • Deliver orders to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Act as a liaison between servers and the kitchen, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the prep station and expo line.
  • Rotate inventory and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Respond to guest and team member inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Food Handler's Card required.
  • RASS or TIPS Certification of alcohol awareness program must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • 1-2 years of related experience or training.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Good verbal and interpersonal relations skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
  • Physical agility and strength to lift large serving trays.
