About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Spectrum Ventures. As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration and further development of our virtualization environment, as well as our storage and backup infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Virtualization and Infrastructure Management: Administration and further development of the virtualization environment, including VMware vSphere, and storage and backup infrastructure.
  • IT Infrastructure Monitoring and Support: Monitoring and support of the IT infrastructure, including firewall, switches, VPN, and telephone system.
  • Error Analysis and Resolution: Analysis and processing of technical error reports received from the front desk.
  • Server Administration: Administration of back-office, support of server infrastructure, including MS Server, MS SQL Server, MS Exchange, AD, and VMWare.
About You
  • Education and Training: Successfully completed training as a specialist in systems integration.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience in virtualization environments, backup, Windows Server, and network administration.
  • Work Style: Independent, team-oriented, and service-oriented work style.
