We are seeking committed professionals to serve as Field Training Specialists. As part of the RNA Rentokil North America team, a leader in Pest Control and related services, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-the-job training for new Pest Specialists during their initial 6 weeks, ensuring the completion of weekly Field Training Checklists.
  • Provide ongoing support for new Pest Specialists through weekly check-ins and monthly meetings during their first year, maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Successfully complete the RNA Field Training Certification Program, with recertification required every six months.

Additional Responsibilities:

As a Certified Field Trainer (Weeks 1-6 of Trainee's Program):

  • Accompany job candidates during the interview process for ride-alongs.
  • Arrive punctually and prepared for all training sessions.
  • Deliver effective training and provide constructive feedback promptly.
  • Maintain weekly communication with the Trainee's Manager.
  • Conduct weekly evaluations and sign off on progress for Field Training Checklists.

As Peer Support (Weeks 6 to 1 Year of Trainee's Program):

  • Establish a strong working relationship with the Trainee.
  • Be accessible via phone or text to address Trainee inquiries.
  • Assist in setting expectations for the Trainee throughout their training and onboarding phases.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition from Trainee to productive employee.
  • Report any concerns or issues to the Trainee's Manager.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Standard pay rate for Field Training days.
  • Retention bonus for serving as Peer Support.
  • Opportunities for skill development in training, communication, and leadership.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with RNA Rentokil North America as a Pest Specialist.
  • Completion of the Rentokil NA Career Advancement Program (Career Level 4 or 5).
  • Possession of the appropriate state/province applicator license and categories.
  • Favorable ratings from the most recent Annual Performance Review.
  • Professional conduct at all times.
