Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding product-related matters, ensuring timely and effective communication.

  • Project Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure timely delivery of product features and updates.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes, identifying opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients to ensure they can effectively use the product, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to present complex technical information in an easily understandable manner, and proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
