">Overview:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Management Professional to oversee the daily operations of our front desk. As a critical member of our team, you will provide exceptional member service, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the success of our fitness center.

You will be responsible for managing the front desk, supervising staff, and ensuring seamless interactions with members and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations:

  • Coordinate the daily schedule, including staffing, scheduling, and timekeeping.
  • Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Member Services:

  • Respond to member inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Enhance the member experience by offering personalized recommendations, solutions, and alternatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of member communications, interactions, and preferences.

Staff Supervision:

  • Supervise and mentor front desk staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coach and develop staff to improve performance, adapt to change, and build relationships.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork.

Financial Management:

  • Manage cash handling, receipts, and deposits accurately and securely.
  • Process payments, refunds, and adjustments efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and inventory levels.

Salary Range:$45,000-$60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
