  • Maintenance of Internal Processes: Assist in upholding internal financial controls and processes, ensuring adherence to compliance regulations.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate reports from our systems, analyze the data, and extract insights that facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Journal Entries and Cost Analysis: Prepare monthly journal entries and support the analysis of product costs, overheads, and fixed expenditures.
  • Collaboration and Inventory Management: Work closely with manufacturing teams and production planners to improve inventory oversight and internal programs.
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Conduct thorough balance sheet reconciliations, providing clear explanations for any variances.
  • Additional Duties: Assist with collections activities and demonstrate a high level of expertise in accounting functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Preference for candidates with prior experience in a manufacturing setting.
