Job Overview

FOCUSKPI INC is a forward-thinking company seeking an exceptional Salesforce Sales Representative to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities, establish relationships with clients, and promote the value of Salesforce solutions.
  • Assist clients in onboarding processes, provide expert advice on Salesforce implementation, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Analyze market trends, pinpoint lucrative verticals, and devise strategies to boost revenue.
  • Craft compelling client value propositions, assess buying interest, and communicate effectively with clients.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in pipeline development or sales at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other Salesforce partner solutions, as well as Salesforce implementation expertise.
  • Mandatory Salesforce sales experience, preferably in implementation services.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or Salesforce products is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quota attainment.
  • Excellent communication skills, a driven mindset, and the capacity to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

This role demands enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, high-growth environment, contributing to process development, and quickly grasping technical aspects of Salesforce and our solutions. Mandarin or Cantonese proficiency is a plus.

Compensation Package:

$90,000 - $100,000 per annum, based on experience.
