Business Unit Leader Thermal Fluid Position

At ARMI Contractors, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Unit Leader to join our team. As a leader in the industrial contracting industry, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, work safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and train unit team members to ensure business goals are met
- Effectively manage business unit profitability
- Review profit and loss statements with key personnel to identify cost-saving measures
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or construction, or 5+ years of proven work experience
- Experience with industrial process and utility piping
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficient in analyzing financial statements and market trends
