Key Responsibilities
  • Windows Systems Support:
    • Provide technical support for Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows updates, performance, and security.
    • Manage and monitor Windows server environments and ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Authentication and Access Management:
    • Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory and other authentication systems.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve authentication issues, including single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) challenges.

Qualifications
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency with Windows Server and Windows client operating systems.
    • Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and user authentication mechanisms.
    • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Windows systems and authentication.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
