Job Title: Physical Therapist

Los Angeles Jewish Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Reseda, CA. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve optimal mobility and function.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and administer treatment plans for patients with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal system problems.
  • Conduct tests and measurements to assess muscle strength, coordination, range of motion, and respiratory and circulatory efficiency.
  • Provide direct patient treatment in accordance with established plans of care.
  • Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on the use of wheelchairs, braces, canes, crutches, and other devices.
  • Maintain accurate patient records.
  • Develop specialized tools and treatments for individual patient needs.
  • Conduct home assessments to ensure safe discharge of residents.
  • Complete required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy.
  • One year of clinical experience preferred.
  • Current license to practice Physical Therapy issued by State's Board of Allied Health Professionals.
