Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Los Angeles Jewish Health. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our seniors, helping them to maintain their independence and improve their overall well-being.

• Evaluate and treat patients with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal disorders, developing personalized plans of care to meet their unique needs.
• Administer and interpret tests and measurements to assess muscle strength, coordination, range of motion, and respiratory and circulatory efficiency.
• Provide direct resident treatment, instructing patients and their families on the use of wheelchairs, braces, canes, crutches, and other devices.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy issued by the State's Board of Allied Health Professionals.
• One year of clinical experience preferred, with a strong background in geriatric care and rehabilitation.
