Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Los Angeles Jewish Health. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our seniors, helping them to achieve their full potential and maintain their independence.
Responsibilities- Evaluation and Treatment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their physical therapy needs, and develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address these needs.
- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering treatments, conducting exercises, and educating patients and their families on proper care and use of equipment.
- Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Education and Licensure: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, and current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the state of California.
- Experience: One year of clinical experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting, preferably with geriatric patients.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and proficiency in using electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
