Position Overview:


The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) role is a pivotal administrative and clinical leadership position that provides expert clinical guidance for a dedicated team of therapists and clients.

Each team is composed of assigned clients, a Senior Therapist, Lead Therapists, RBTs, and ABA Therapists.

The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) is responsible for evaluating clients, formulating treatment strategies, and supervising the training and execution of the client's programs.

This position collaborates closely with Program Coordinators and the Clinical Director to ensure the smooth operation of the center.

We offer competitive base salaries with additional incentive earning potential, with total compensation packages ranging from $98K - $108K+.
Unlimited Referral Bonuses

Schedule:
Center hours are Monday - Friday, with flexible shifts to accommodate the needs of our clients and their families.

No nights or weekends required. Candidates should be adaptable to work either shift as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Center-based BCBA, your duties will include:
Conducting comprehensive skills and behavior assessments to gain a deep understanding of your clients
Creating detailed treatment plans and implementing evidence-based interventions
Training, supervising, and supporting a small team of RBTs dedicated to your clients
Collaborating with colleagues, supervisors, and the quality assurance team to achieve optimal client outcomes
Coordinating with and training caregivers to empower them as partners in their child's development

Qualifications:

About You:
A Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.

You must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience in supervising the implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs.

You should be licensed in the state of Maryland or actively pursuing licensure at the time of hire.
A commitment to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care to clients and their families is essential.
