Account Representative

As a key member of our virtual account team, the Account Manager will provide exceptional customer service and drive growth through strategic account management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and customer success roles, with a strong understanding of the information technology market.
Responsibilities
- Assume ownership of assigned customer accounts and develop strategic plans to drive growth and renewal.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, leveraging business intelligence and statistical analytics to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas and MBOs.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer success, or business development roles within the information technology market.
- Consistent achievement of 100%+ on assigned quotas or MBOs.
- Business Intelligence and Statistical Analytics experience a plus.
