Personal Care Specialist (STNA) Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Specialist (STNA) to join our team at Ohio's Hospice. As a Personal Care Specialist, you will provide superior care and support to patients in their homes and facilities, working closely with families to ensure their loved ones receive the highest level of care and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to patients in their homes and facilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Work closely with families to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
  • One year of experience in healthcare or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
