Caregiver Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Ohio's Hospice. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will provide superior care and support to patients and their families in their end-of-life journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to patients in their homes, facilities, or hospice settings.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certified State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required.
- One year of experience in healthcare or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
