- Market Data Analysis: Obtain and analyze market data critical for our communities to remain competitive.
- Flexibility and Availability: Maintain standard sales office hours, but be prepared to meet customer schedules and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Education and Experience: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Real Estate License: A Real Estate License is required in all states EXCEPT CO, MD, TX & VA.
- Previous Sales Experience: Previous high-end sales experience preferred.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect with people, develop and maintain professional relationships, and drive sales to successful closure.
- Technical Skills: Proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Reliable Transportation: Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation, as driving within a community and to other communities is an essential function of this position.

Compensation- Base Salary: $25.00 per hour while in the training program.
- Estimated Annual Compensation with Commissions: $125,000 - $175,000.
- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.
