Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Assist with the completion of interviews, evaluations, and hiring of EVS staff. Conduct new EVS staff orientation and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Conduct EVS staff scheduling and coordinate with third-party cleaning services to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct inventory control and supply ordering to ensure that the EVS team has the necessary tools and supplies to perform their daily tasks.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform routine checks and inspections of buildings and grounds to ensure that the facility is safe, clean, and well-maintained.
