Job Summary

The Procurement Service Delivery Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Global Procurement team by performing business process and system administration duties in the Source-to-Pay Center of Excellence organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to optimize procurement services, including transactional support and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Process Improvement: Support the development and continuous improvement of procurement processes that promote efficient and effective performance.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain and continuously improve knowledge of relevant procurement processes.
  • Procurement Programs: Support procurement programs to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Purchase Order Management: Maintain purchase orders through transactional support and stakeholder collaboration, process change order requests as necessary.
  • Invoice Reconciliation: Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Receiving to reconcile invoice and receiving issues related to the PO-to-Pay cycle, escalating to Procurement contact when necessary.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
