About the RoleKorean American Family Services (KFAM) is a leading non-profit organization serving Korean immigrant families. We are hiring a Bilingual Community Relations Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

This role involves coordinating community outreach events, supporting departmental initiatives, and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders. The position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Key Functions
  1. Community Engagement:
    • Collaborate with program staff to promote GBV programs and services.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and members.
  2. Event Planning:
    • Assist in organizing community events, including logistics and promotional materials.
  3. Communication:
    • Draft and disseminate press releases and other communications materials.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000, based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications
  • Mandatory: Bilingual proficiency in Korean.
  • Favorable: Experience in community outreach, event planning, or social media management.
