About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Membership Sales Advisor to join our team at Fitness 19. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our club memberships and services to prospective and current members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Promotion: Sell and promote club memberships and services to prospective and current members.
  • Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to members and prospective members, ensuring a positive experience at Fitness 19.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager, District Manager, and other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and welcoming club environment.
Requirements
  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in a fitness or wellness environment.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with members and team members.
  • Team Player: A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively to achieve sales goals.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for prolonged periods, communicate effectively, and perform light lifting of weights and equipment.
