Whether it’s a nurse providing comfort or a communication specialist managing appointments, we are deeply invested in our patients' well-being and strive to assist them in every possible way.
Compensation:
$17.00-$18.50
Compensation is determined by various factors, including education, experience, and certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and courteously handle all incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate extensions.
- Accurately take and relay messages in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly to urgent calls from patients.
- Perform operator duties, including call triaging.
- Provide a friendly and supportive phone presence for all callers.
- Manage the opening and closing of the switchboard.
- Enter navigating care tickets as needed.
- Carry out clerical tasks to maintain departmental workflow.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of two years of office experience, preferably in a healthcare environment, is essential.
