Compensation:
$17.00-$18.50

Compensation is determined by various factors, including education, experience, and certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and courteously handle all incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate extensions.
  • Accurately take and relay messages in a timely manner.
  • Respond promptly to urgent calls from patients.
Ensure immediate connection to clinical staff when necessary.

  • Perform operator duties, including call triaging.
  • Provide a friendly and supportive phone presence for all callers.
  • Manage the opening and closing of the switchboard.
  • Enter navigating care tickets as needed.
  • Carry out clerical tasks to maintain departmental workflow.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of two years of office experience, preferably in a healthcare environment, is essential.

Physical Requirements:
