Clinical Laboratory Technologist II

As a Medical Technologist at Mercy Hospital Jefferson, you will serve as a generalist, engaging in various laboratory disciplines including Hematology, Urinalysis, Chemistry, and Blood Banking.
This role is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $10,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and interpret analyses on patient samples utilizing sophisticated laboratory methodologies. Supply medical personnel with critical information to assist in patient diagnostics. Carry out responsibilities in alignment with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience: a. Up to 3 years of relevant clinical laboratory experience as a certified MLS/MT or equivalent, or b. Certification-eligible new MLS graduate
- Certifications: Current certification as MT/MLS or categorical certification through ASCP or equivalent
- Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Hematology, Urinalysis, Chemistry, and Blood Banking.
