Runza Shift Supervisor Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated and organized Shift Supervisor to join our team at Runza. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve high standards of quality and service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Prepare and cook food to Runza's high quality and safety standards
