Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Operator/Packer to join our team at Gest-Can RLX (2000) INC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for inspecting the quality of plastic containers, packing them, and maintaining supplies levels and conditions on the machine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform visual inspections of finished products to ensure quality meets standards.
  • Maintain required supplies at machines in good condition to ensure smooth production.
  • Pack finished products according to specifications.
  • Communicate issues to Team Leader/Technician.
  • Record production data accurately.
  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader/Management.
Work Schedule
  • 2nd shift: 02:45 PM - 11:15 PM
  • 3rd shift: 10:45 PM - 07:15 AM
  • Overtime available, not mandatory.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior line packer experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and follow directions.
  • Must be able to speak, listen, and openly communicate with team members.
  • Must be able to work in a self-directed team environment.
  • Ability to define and react to problems, color variations, small imperfections, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions and decisions during fast-paced production.
